Importance of clean mouth

There is ample of evidence which states that what we eat and
how we eat, definitely decides the condition of our teeth and
gums. Even despite healthy habits like rinsing one's mouth
each time after eating, there might still be some tiny particles
of food that could remain embedded in your mouth. These
little bits of food attract the hungry bacteria that grow in a
sticky film on our teeth. This film, called plaque, is the main
cause of tooth decay and gum disease.
